Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags, bills, and certificates (if any).

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene reasons, nose pins and earrings cannot be returned.
2. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for size or design changes within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

Any difference in price must be settled at the time of exchange.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will arrange for a replacement after verification.
