Refund policy

1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags, bills, and certificates (if any).

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons, nose pins and earrings cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or design changes within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

  • Any difference in price must be settled at the time of exchange.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement  after verification.
